+ 12 IronMind still Grinding!

ad

Just figured I would stop by and say "What's good!!" To all my Eroids Family. I've been here quite a long time to say the least lol. Been focusing on more business ventures BUT have not forgot bodybuilding! I'm working on personal ventures and also with some big brands in the bodybuilding industry. I have been training but no hGH or anything special. I just pin 1/2mL of Sust once/twice a week, and occasionally use 1/2mL of Tren Ace. NOT a cycle I would ever recommend or give advice on doing. It's just making me hold my size and maintain a decent physique while I wait to push it again. Last competitive bodybuilding run def took a toll on my body. I'm around 290lbs and damn I was a little upset haha, went to the doctors office and lost some height... currently close to 6'2".

Arms insane! And the shoulder caps are boulders!

Looking swole! Especially for no synthol. If you're serious about father time it definitely takes a nice break from the lifestyle. Hard to do, had my first at 40.

Big Tone36's picture

Always jacked. How much GH you using these days. I'm going to try 8-10 I.u.

IronMind's picture

Thanks brother! Actually none, since doing that rhIGF-1 promo. I haven't used any hGH since 2022. In my early growth phase I was using 8ius per day split 4ius am/4ius pm...and that's where I really took off! I experienced hyperplasia but also had a good 15-20lbs of water weight. I hit 330lbs.

SeeOhShow's picture

Absolutely massive. I bet it’s gotta be annoying to have all your clothes custom tailored to fit lol….there’s not a damn thing off the rack fitting you

IronMind's picture

You're absolutely right lol! Most clothing is uncomfortable I've had a few custom stuff made like dress shirt/suits but even those ripped eventually. Luckily there's some good bodybuilding brands for clothes (GASP I order 4XL tops/2XL bottoms). Clothes are one thing but that's why I tell people you don't wanna be as big as me lmao. I've broken a fair amount of furniture, even gym equipment (not even joking) so I gotta be careful with stuff!

DeeMan's picture

But u were naturally big even before gear if I remember right. I saw your old pics.

IronMind's picture

Yessir! I was sponsored by a drug free supplement company when I first started competing, and not even gonna lie was extremely overweight beforehand and really busted my ass for a longtime before finally getting on the AAS lol! From there I realized just how blessed my genetics were, people thought I was using gear when I was natural. I never had a good body image of myself since I was fat/outta shape when I was younger, even now I don't realize my size or think I look like anything special. Body dismorphia is real.

DeeMan's picture

Well I didn't want to say it but I remember when you were overweight. Those old overweight pics still blow my mind. But you're totally transformed now.

IronMind's picture

Yup, been thru it all brother! Done it once, twice, three times... going thru all those surgeries I remember the doctor saying you'll never be able to lift weights like you do again. Well, obviously the doctor didn't realize what type of man I am! ;-)

Big Tone36's picture

Greg Kovacz I'm going to have to start calling you. He used to have his girlfriend wipe his ass because he couldn't reach. True story

IronMind's picture

Oh yeah that dude was massive high 300's all year round! Markus Ruhl another mass monster. When I first started bodybuilding in 2007 these guys are who I followed and Ronnie, Jay, they weighed 300lbs in the off-season. With my height being 6'3" I saw taller bodybuilders like Tony Freeman or Cedric and competition weight they were 290lbs. So that was my goal for stage weight, the highest I got was 278lbs for a competition.

Big Tone36's picture

Kovacs making off season Jay Cutler look like a kid. I think Kovacs was 400 in off season

DeeMan's picture

I like Big Ronnie but the monster of all monsters was Markus Ruhl. He was soo big he became a damn muscle meme! It should of been illegal to be that big! I'll never forget that guy. Now that era was legendary

SeeOhShow's picture

Humble brag there….”I got so jacked I broke furniture sitting on it”
Respect lol

Yea he's always been a pretty big guy since I've known him on here. He's a veteran member. Good dude.

23Sparta's picture

Big body right there bro, nice caps. Quick question, not looking for advice or a recommendation, just curious…. When do you decide to run that occasional half mil of ace? Like before you know you’re gonna get a good one in? Or when you feel like your body needs a little boost to hold onto all that mass?

IronMind's picture

Good question! Both in a way, I use it like I would running an oral like Var/Drol. So for me personally 1mL (split) per week 100mg total of Tren Ace, is equivalent to like 20mg per day, not much. But enough where it helps me maintain my strength (get a good one in), and as Tren was developed for cattle it helps improve the efficacy of digesting food into lean tissue (hold onto mass). I don't get nasty side effects on such a low dose either.

23Sparta's picture

Makes sense and the results speak for themselves

Ahhhh damn I finally caught up to ya. What's up man?

IronMind's picture

Just trying to be a bodybuilder lol, running simple doses, minimal meals, and lifting heavy AF like usual. I'm starting to get the itch to start back again on a more serious regimen (prob in a few more months). Everyone is like "when you competing?", and I had no answer. How you doing bro?

DeeMan's picture

I'm good my man, thanks. So you still got that itch to bodybuild huh? Man a few guys said I should do the same but that's not gonna happen lol. But I do respect all the things you guys go through. As you know I'm comfortable doing what I've always done but sometimes we do need to jump outside our box. But yea I'm still doing what you've known me to do, nothing has changed.

IronMind's picture

Bodybuilding is a dying breed (literally/ and figuratively), and I remember you always commenting on the passing of fellow bodybuilders. So is it worth it? Luckily I have good genetics but you know like I do, to take it to that level or extreme is risky! I just feel father time knocking on the door. I have the ability, but I'm not sure at this stage of my life if it's worth it.

DeeMan's picture

I hear you brother. My thinking is the same as yours. Remember... my workout buddy messed himself up when he was a young guy many years ago. Those gains aren't that damn serious. If you decide yes then I'm sure you'll be extra safe and careful. But you know as well as I know that ALL good things eventually come to an end. Not saying it's the end for you.
