Hello, congratulations. Could you post what body fat percentage you started from and your approach to diet? Were you in a constant deficit or did you alternate between deficit and maintenance periods? How did you adjust your cardio? Hello. My body fat percentage started at 18%. At the beginning of our diet approach, we did not start with harsh diets, we reduced calories sequentially as we experienced a gradual weight loss. I did my bulk period as a clean bulk and started a fast definition. I did my cardio in the morning with 1 hour of fast pace walks outdoors and had breakfast after fasting for 2 hours. The reason for this is that I moved forward knowing my hunger limit without directly affecting my insulin resistance. As for conditioning, I practiced poses with a pumped body every morning and at the end of training.
