At first was super responsive to emails now that I've sent payment emails have stopped I'd just like a update thats all.

My overall experience

Terrible customer service, I ordered from them on the 5th of March and still have not received tracking information. It's been almost 10 calendar days and I have not received tracking information.

It is the worst. No message back to any of my three emails. No tracking information.

There is no tracking for my 1st test order.

  • mankittypower » It looks like it was returned to you guys again because there was an error with the zip code. My home recently re zip coded. I sent you an updated zip code. Had I had the tracking information earlier I could have picked up the package from the post office. So frustrating.

My zipcode was recently updated by one digit and they attempted to deliver it twice and held it at the post office for 5 days until they returned to the sender. Not sending tracking information and being completely in the dark for 10 days is my frustration. I appreciate you finally getting back to me but I just want my test order. Reliability in communication would be a really good thing to improve.

  • TrenAThor » I just placed an order today and I never seen a page like that through the whole process. This was my first order with them. Everything seems legit even when I look at my orders page. You had the real site and not one of the bullshit ones that people will make and change the littlest things on the URL. Hopefully everything works out for you bud.

  • mankittypower » Yeah, they said to reach out to them but then don't respond until 10 calendar days later. I checked spam and nothing sent multiple emails but they are legit, I hope. This was a test order, I've procured from another one on here and it was super seamless. I'll keep you posted.
