Not necessary but just convenient. Depending on how fast it digests it isn't absorbed 100% from my experiences. Nothing like some good ole food. When do you have your shake?

There’s seems to be something to do with the timing or maybe training? Cus I feel like day time shakes never bothered me, it seems to only be the nighttime one which is right after training
I really need them. I can’t really get enough protein in with food, I’ll have to now but It’ll defiantly be harder to do for sure. Either find a powder I can digest or start making my own shakes all from food, like peanutbutter and egg whites or something. Honestly I should try and eat just white rice, chiken breast and eggs and water for a few days and see how my digestion is, I bet it would be fine. But that is just extremely hard to do, especially when I need to eat quite a bit to grow, I can’t do it that clean
If you are fine with eggs then why not just make them with liquid egg whites like stokes does or buy egg white powder online? They are after all probably superior to Whey or just as good. I think you will be fine with Whey Isolate 97 or Hydrolysate - I can't see how you will have a problem with those at all. Its not about choosing food or shakes, its about eating as much protein from food as you can and then supplementing on top of that with shakes to get as much possible protein in everyday, plus at the moment your muscle is acting like a sponge straight after training. Given you will need around 300g or protein ED I just don't see how people could consume that constantly from food or have the time to. Same with BCAA's and EAA's - You don't take them instead of shakes you take them on top of shakes.

Ya your very sensitive to testosterone correct? Almost anyone else I’d say they shouldn’t run it solo but I guess for you, you just gotta try things and see what works. I would at least run some form of test with it. Like either a micro dose of test or like hcg or something but you know your body better than anyone, so I hope it works out for you

That’s the plan. Gonna try this for a couple weeks and re-evaluate. Only doing like 100mg/week. I got Test and hCG on hand in case something feels off. My company provides free bloodwork so I’ll definitely be taking advantage of that.
If you have access to test prop, that would probably be best so you can add it in and take it out quickly
