Blood work done help

ad

So I recently had blood work done and I'm high risk with my HDL Levels. My.LDL Levels are medium risk. Thoughts? Comments? Opinions? Ways to raise my HDL Levels and lower my LDL Levels?

Time to get a script for a statin from your doc. Diet, omegas and all that other crap aren’t going to move those numbers to where they should be

All is mentioned below but let's not forget a good cardio program.

Horrible numbers! Cadarine as noted below.

Oatmeal, niacin fast release, red yeast etc.

With those cholesterol numbers, that's a good way to "HOOK" himself!
If ya know ya know! @Jockstrap

Take cardarine(gw501516). It will fix your cholesterol levels perfectly and it will do it fast. But like the other dude said. Try to get a lot of omega 3s like fish oil, chia seeds all sorts of stuff

How's your diet? We're you on cycle when you took these labs?

BeastMoDe33's picture

Yes. Test E and Deca 1 shot a week. My diet is good and bad. I mix it up.

Also look into nattokinase

DeeMan's picture

Yea both will drop your HDL but Deca will drop it a little more.

Bloods will always be skewed on cycle. Diet is everything. Add fiber, fish oil, Arjuna bark, berberine, citrus bergamot and beta sitosterol.
