Pinned up last night and as expected, after warming the deltoids and the Sustanon oil up BEFORE pinning, it was as smooth as silk.

Then this dumba** had a romantic encounter with the Mrs, in the pool, at 11:30PM.

Cool Pool Water + Pinned Up Muscle = Cold Muscle Taking Juice = PIP IN SHOULDERS TODAY.

But hey, I got laid in the pool last night. YEAH MAN!!!!!!! Smile
