Heat, high pH( acidic environment) enzymes...all those things basically fuck up or degrade the GH molecule . HCG is another peptide hormone that's fragile.

Here yea it’s bad…the unwanted bonding is what causes the dimers. Alters the molecular structure slightly.

I’m gonna just do 3IU/day until I get my igf tested. If igf comes back good, then I’ll slowly bump it up to 6IU split AM/PM….and buy enough kits to last the rest of the year lol. I ordered Saturday, shipped Tuesday due to holiday, delivered Friday.

Good way to keep the volume down. If you wanted to do 10 ius a day with the regular amount of water you’d be doing a whole cc sub q, which would suck but with this stuff you can do 10 ius with .33cc. Idk anyone doing that much lmao but you get the idea, keep those lumps away

He only jumps to 10-15 when he adds IGFLR3 in and focuses on lagging body parts.

Other than that he tries to keep it pretty low so No distended gut. Thankfully he uses very conservative amounts of the forbidden stuff here.

Beef is my go to for questions, went to college together. Got to watch the kid blow up from a skinny college kid.

I remember running up to 15iu/day...it was challenging to spread out the shots consistently. If you can, very much worth the test drive.

Anywhere between 10-15 is usually a HUGE game changer for those running 6iu/day and under!

I go as low as 6iu/day for a time and then usually hover in the 8-10 zone. For a blast, currently at 12iu/day and can keep the gear much lower if desired. Add more gear (like many of us do, along with food/recover/sleep) with that and watch the transformation up level considerably.

YES! I am a HUGE supporter of getting bloodwork done minimum twice a year (more if competing before/after), Calcium Scoring, Heart Scan (every 2-3yrs) and putting health first.

I spent decades titrating up to the pro doses unlike many and thank GOD, everything looks great whenever I get things checked out.

When I do blood work, I mean a boatload that would have a price tag of about $3-$4K without insurance. EVERYTHING gets looked at. Of course, all that means is I appear to be healthy based on what is checked but I fully understand how unpredictable our body is and can change annually.

Ya I do the same, bloodwork, ekg, recently had chest and abdominal imaging, I’m about to start up the hgh again and want to start running a higher dose then I usually do so I was just curious about heart growth and stuff from someone who has run higher doses

acromegaly issues at that dose? Blood glucose issues? Any ancillaries ran alongside that much HGH to make it more manageable?

Fortunately next to zero complications. Have the battle in the sport is having the "genetics" to handle dosages to get you where you want to be. I was old school though and moved everything up over a 25yr period slowly.

I started much earlier of course but I saw value in maximizing every MG/IU before titrating up.

Only issue/non-issue were a shoe size change or two along with ring size and glove size. Occasional hand numbing (grip) but I adjust quickly and again titrate slowly.

At 10iu/day and under I do a morning and night time split. Anything over that gets split into 3 (back in the day 15 was probably more 16iu/day with a 4 shot/day split).

It is!

243lbs with Serratus/Abs and highly visible cross striations not to mention a very hard look. I'm 5'5" on a good day.

My Monster days are likely behind me as I am enjoying not worrying about eating as much etc. and hovering under 220lbs but if you want to be a MONSTER, it is inevitable that EVERYTHING must go up including HGH along with gear/food/recovery/sleep/training.

I'm due for an IGF-1 addition after several months off as well so should get interesting. As tempting as it will be, I'm going to aim for staying under 230lbs.

Can't stand not getting socks on in one breath. LOL

Mate I am only 200lb's and I notice the difference in moving around and the extra effort it takes from my natty 145lb's days LOL So I cannot imagine what 240 is like! I always find putting or pulling socks off the day after deadlift day the absolute worst, amount of heels in socks I've torn tryin to rip 'em on after a shower Lmao
