Wall slides 3x10

Thoracic rotations 3x10 each

IYT’s 3x8 each

-
Bottoms ups overhead press 5x10
Wide grip push ups 2 x max reps
(Add band, changed hand position)

DB floor press 3x20-30
kettlebell rows 4x15

Lying kettlebell tricep extensions 3x20

Kettlebell windmill 3x6

I’m the opposite. It’s strange how are tastes defer. I hate raw tomatoes to the point of gagging, but enjoy most tomato based foods. Go figure.

I'm kinda similar with tomatoes - It'll be because of all the added sugar and spices and the fact its pureed that completely change the taste. Plus no damn pip's/seeds! Lol
