STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

The main goals — 200lbs on the scale, a 405 deadlift, and 225 on bench.

All weights were taken in the morning with no food or water in me yet. I touched 200 on the scale for a few days before I dropped to cruise, but my highest morning weight was 195.

Nutrition was very simple. Ground turkey, chicken thigh, ground beef, tilapia, eggs, rice, sourdough bread, butter, whey protein and maltodextrin powder. I titrated my calories up as my weight went up and when I started feeling too hungry. Macros were minimum 175g protein, 400-600g carbs, 100g fat. Most days I would be over 200g of protein and high carb. Felt solid, a bit fluffy, and my cardio capacity went to shit.

Structure for the cycle was pretty simple. 300 test for a month to make sure I didn’t have any bad reactions, then 400 test for the rest of the cycle. 25mg anavar sprinkled in 3-4 days a week for 6 weeks. Finally, 50mg of Anadrol 1 day a week on my chest days to try to bring the chest up. Worked well and I definitely see why people love Anadrol. I didn’t have any negative sides besides some spicy nips, 12.5mg of aromasin once a week helped that. Altogether a great first cycle. No complaints and learned a lot.

Compounds Used:
Test E 300mg
Anavar 25mg
Anadrol 50mg

Start:
Weight - 150lbs
Bodyfat - Unsure but pretty low
Bench - 50lb dumbbells for 8
Deadlift - 315x1
Squat - 275x3

Finish:
Weight - 195lbs
Bodyfat - fluffy but could see some veins still, abs never disappeared completely
Bench - 100lb dumbbell incline for 6, incline barbell 225x4
Deadlift - 405x5
Squat - 315x8

PCT/Cruise
Weight - 180lbs and stable
Strength numbers are still the same, just less capacity for extra volume after a 3 rep max. I need a full week to recover each muscle group, no more push/pull/legs twice a week.

Let me know if I missed any information. Also any recommendations on a second cycle would be great. I have some ideas but I can’t decide.

You did amazingly well there with both muscle gain and strength gain, really took the deadlift and squat numbers up! When I stayed natty for many years simply out of pride I watched many of my pals jump straight onto Sust, Deca and Dbol and experience similar things - I just couldn't get my head round the results they were getting from them, how a simple hormone could make this much difference to what you can lift, I was too worried about how I would potentially feel on them though and all the side effects that may happen down the road. Then when you give in and jump onboard the Crazy train it feels unreal doesn't it - EVERY damn time you lift you get stronger and look better. There is no way anyone can say that isn't addictive. Plus every time you see people you get complimented - you get sick of saying its just protein shakes and eating right LMAO

Yeah I plateaued hard the last time I tried to push strength and weight numbers years back, a few friends in football ran 500 test and some dbol and blew tf up, meanwhile I was clawing to bench 225 for a few reps. I just thought I had shitty genetics! I’m glad I didn’t jump on back then though, I would’ve been real dumb with it and ran 500 tren on my second cycle lol. Oh yeah it’s 100% addictive, it’s like going from driving around in a civic to a Lambo, can’t help but love it!

The main difference is you can generally afford to maintain the human body, with a Lamborghini as soon as it breaks you are bankrupt!!! £5000 for a new clutch LMAO But yeah at first it feels like you are dreaming doesn't it, like its never gonna stop with the gains.

Thank you! No PCT, cruise at 175mg a week and back to a blast starting in May-June. I don’t plan on fully coming off till i’m at 200-210lbs

You have some nice gains and are well on your way. I would also advise take the anavar out for now, sub with primo. The rest is good including the 24 weeks, I run 20 but I agree with up to 24. FR me if you need anything else.

If you can afford Primo and want to grow more, you should do 200-400 of that per week. Keep your Test at 400-500 max. Don't do Anavar again until you are going to do a cut. The Anadrol is good idea if you want to pop 25 in the morning and another 25 before you work out. You can skip it on rest days. If you can't afford Primo, then run 400 Masteron per week. You won't get as big as on Primo, but they are similar in the fact that they take care of your AI (you shouldn't need the Aromasin). You are clearly on the right track. Don't mess this up; take my advice!

I was thinkin primo as well I just wasn’t sure if I was at the place to properly utilize its effects. EQ was my second choice, think I may go with primo if I can squeeze out the extra $300. I’ve read people not needing an AI at all with test/primo 1:1 too so that would be nice.

Masteron has stronger AI effects than primo does and is cheaper. I’ve never ran primo before but I love mast and I don’t run a cycle without it just because I don’t need an AI on it as long as I stay under 750 test or use dbol, I need an AI if i use dbol for sure and probably would need one if I went over 750 test but I haven’t tried it

Do you run prop or enanthate for bulking with mast? What ratio do you normally use too? Ive seen 2:1 and 1:1
