ad

So I’m taking 200mg a week of tren and 500mg of test e . I drink a good amount of water but for some reason at night I get Charlie horses on my legs or back and it keeps happening. Any advice ?

My inner thigh and forearms were cramping up on me pretty bad a few weeks ago. Got a bunch of electrolytes and made sure I was getting a gallon of water a day.

Taurine can be pretty useful for this. Also, anything that boosts NO is good, the vasodilation promotes blood flow which is helpful. I struggle with this when I run var or primo, and sometimes even if I don’t. Potassium is sometimes low when we cramp, but I don’t think that really contributes to increased muscle cramp on cycle.

Definitely an electrolyte supplement might be needed I just use liquid iv they have a sugar free version also.

The gatorlyte stick packs is decent at only 12g of sugar. And they taste alright a little salty but chug and go

For sure, I burn up the Cherry Lime Gatorlyte packs and it keeps me pretty good to go ok not cramping. I can really tell when I ease off and don’t get enough in for a couple days. Cramp City!

There’s a supplement called relyte you can get on Amazon. I highly recommend it and it’s a fraction of the cost per serving of other stuff.

That’s great! I get a gallon of water ready in the AM with two scoops most days and sip through the day. Glad I could help.

That’s what he named his horse, Charlie. Honestly I think Clyde is a better horse name, but that’s just me Unknw

Saying 'I'm having Clyde Horses' just doesn't have the same ring to it though LOL

When I have seen guys say this in the past I have assumed they mean they are laid on their side in bed and they are galloping along involuntarily with their legs like they think they are a horse in a field!! Figured it was some American side effect to steroids LMAO

Well Press, the phase originates from 1800s and nobody is sure the context of the term or where it came from exactly.

It will of been from when we were kickin your arses in those fields mate - you were tryin to run off and ya legs were lockin up like scared horses with nowhere to go!! Lol

Oh copy, mostly we used the horse to pull the cart of rotten teeth that fell out in the areas guys congregated!

I tell ya what I did use to get most mornings in bed when I ran trenbolone - just before I would get up I would habitually stretch out and push my toes down together with the ends of my feet, this would then cause the most horrific cramps in my calves and pain that was unimaginable. I would have to jump out of bed and stamp down on them to stop them from locking up, but man it hurt so damn much it would make me nearly vomit!! It was the dehydration and pure toxicity from the tren. I DO NOT miss any of that shit at all.

That's me on Winny. Ugh. Miss some water intake and find out lol.

Wildling's picture

Lmao that’s the extent of it.

Electrolyte imbalance or potassium/sodium issues could be the cause here.
