I don’t train rear delts actually. Horizontal pulling with a deep protraction of your scapula hits the rear delts hard. Puts them in a deep stretch under load. A typical back day for me has vertical pulling (pull-ups and pull downs), then horizontal pulling (cable rows, seal rows, or some variation of db rows), pull overs to finish it all off, then shrugs, then biceps.

Damn, sounds like my pull day. Although, I do hammer my rear delts as well. I’m going to drop one of those rear delt movements, lock into that deep protraction of my scapula and see if I can improve. Respect the technique bro

Where I live it’s been floating around the 50-70s as the high for the past month. Any time it’s warm enough and sunny enough, I’m at the playground with my daughter at the peak of it. The tan gains come on quick at that time lol
