Back on D-Bol as of this week (picture before second round of D-Bol)

Started a cut Monday. Felt as though I was getting a bit fat. Carb cycling at the moment two days low carbs one day with pre and post workout carbs.

Cutting with the D-Bol seems nice able to get pumped despite feeling depleted. Going to cut through the next 3+ weeks well I ride the d-bol train.

You’ve definitely made all around progress bro. Very noticeable improvements to your shoulders and arms. I saw a mention of body dysmorphia in this tread. We are our own worst critics. I just use it as motivation

Walking an hour a day.
Eating about 2200-2400 calories a day
Loosely tracking I ran my food through a calorie app the first day but pretty much eat the same thing everyday.

I’m definitely one of those dudes who gets lean really fast definitely a double edge sword that’s why I wanted to do a little cut on gear.

I’ve never heard of anyone cutting on Dbol. How do you control the excess water? I never stop learning on this site. I love the way I feel on Dbol, but never considered it for cutting. Although, my recent Dbol run was pretty good because I forced myself to drink a lot of Alkaline water which seemed to keep the bloating to a minimum. I’d love to hear more about how you’re using it and at what dosage

Yeah was just thinking every time I go low carb I can’t pump up after a few days but the D-Bol gives me pumps that are borderline painful sometimes. Like lower back haha.

So far it’s been really good still a strong pump but not to intense. For me I’m like whatever about the water weight just trying to melt some fat before PCT. Want to be in a surplus during that phase.

I still feel that way mate going back to when I was always 140lb's, when people see me now they always say Christ you've put on a lot of weight - But in your head you just kinda think they are being nice to you and saying what you want to hear. If you have spent decades of your life a certain way I don't think you will ever get that stigma out of your head.

That’s facts. I grew up with back issues and had to wear a brace for like pretty much 8th grade. I was skinny kid through high school but fortunately recovered. It’s crazy in the gym sometimes I feel like a monster and some days I still feel like I’m that kid from the brace. My girl tells me all the time like wow your so much bigger then when we started dating but like you said sometimes you feel like they are just telling you want you want to hear.

Nice work. I use Anadrol very successfully on a cut. The muscles are pumped despite the low UH plus after a week Anadrol completely kills the appetite.

Mate every damn time on Anadrol it always starts off great for me, I think this time its gonna be different! Then by the end of day 3 my appetite is shot to shit and I feel depressed to hell, doesn't seem to matter whether its the inject version or tablets. Given up with the stuff now LOL

YES buddy! At least you know that your Anadrol is original Biggrin It was presented as the "best" oral for mass and strength when I was just learning about steroids, and it destroys your appetite. In addition, when you are full of carbohydrates, the muscle pump is so strong that I often have to stop the set in half. And as for the famous water retention, it depends exclusively on carbohydrates, not Anadrol. I've never been more ripped than when I was on test E and anadrol, which you should run away from because they draw water. Not on a ketogenic diet.

About 3 years back now I ran it at 2 tabs per day for a few months and I gotta say I never think it lives up to the hype and reputation it has. I've never had water retention off it, sure it doesn't make you dry like tren does but as for water retention DBol is way worse for that. I don't get the pump either others talk of. As far as a strength steroid I think anyone would get stronger off 50mg of DBol than 50mg ADrol, just makes the weights fly so much easier for me.
