Guys, let's talk about calcium.
Calcium is a key macronutrient in the human body, which is deposited mainly in bones and teeth.

The functions that calcium carries in the human body:
- Formation of bone tissue
- Transmission of nerve impulses (muscle contractions, regulation of heart rate)
- The most important component for the required level of Blood Clotting

Important: a blood test does not determine the actual concentration of calcium in the bones! To determine this indicator, it is necessary to carry out a bone scanning procedure (Densitometry).

The adult body stores about 1-1.5 kg of calcium, 99% of which is found in bones and teeth. The remaining 1% is in circulation in the blood and other body fluids. About 65% of the bone mass is made from various calcium salts.
The average recommended daily intake of calcium per day is 1000 - 1200 mg for adults, depending on age and gender. For women over 50 years of age and men over 70 years of age, the dosage is increased to 1200 mg.
The exact dosage for calcium intake per day has not been determined, but the stated upper permissible limit is 2500 mg per day.

The most calcium-rich foods for your diet:
- Dairy and fermented milk products
- Fish and seafood
- Leafy greens
- Calcium-enriched cereals and juices
- Some soy products (Tofu)

The most common types of Calcium in supplements:
- Gluconate
- Phosphate
- Carbonate
- Citrate
- Lactate

All of these forms of calcium can be absorbed by the body, but not all forms can be effectively used in different situations!
For successful use, it is necessary to make the right choice of the necessary form of calcium, assign an individual dosage, and also find out which concomitant components need to be used together to obtain the desired result (vitamin D3, magnesium and potassium preparations, etc.).

Remember that your main task is to provide your daily diet with foods containing calcium.
After that, you can consult a specialist, make the necessary tests and choose the necessary form of calcium.

Stay tuned for more!

Guys, summer is coming soon and the heat is going to be a real problem. This means that each of us should think about how to maintain the level of micronutrients in the blood necessary for training.
Today, let's talk about magnesium.

In the heat and under the influence of physical activity, magnesium losses become quite noticeable. Why is magnesium so important?
Magnesium is necessary for the normal absorption of potassium and calcium, so, often deficiency of these elements is observed simultaneously. Hyperglycemia (high blood glucose levels) is one of the factors that can trigger magnesium deficiency and simultaneously trigger an imbalance process for potassium and calcium.
High sugar intake and the subsequent increase in insulin levels (which can result from high intake of refined carbohydrates and sugary foods) increase magnesium excretion by the kidneys. Therefore, the more sugar and refined carbohydrates you eat, the more magnesium you need to maintain normal blood electrolyte balance and the faster magnesium is used up.
Urinary magnesium excretion and fasting blood glucose levels are inversely proportional to serum magnesium levels. Thus, hyperglycemia (excess blood glucose) reduces the tubule reabsorption of magnesium.
This is partly why people with diabetes or chronically high insulin levels (insulin resistance syndrome and other pathological conditions) have higher magnesium requirements and more rapid depletion of magnesium stores.
The interaction between sugar and magnesium is direct: magnesium plays a role as one of the key elements in stabilizing blood sugar levels (regulating cellular uptake of glucose and insulin secretion). When magnesium levels are too low, blood sugar regulation can also be disrupted, setting the stage for even more magnesium depletion due to higher blood glucose levels.

It turns out, the more sweets you eat, the worse your insulin sensitivity is in the long run, the greater your need for magnesium, and the more likely you are to further impair your sugar metabolism. It's a vicious cycle!
Conclusion: pay close attention to your daily diet, especially in the summer. Avoid sugary and refined foods.

Poor quality product or wrong place for injection..?

Guys, some of you sometimes come to the conclusion that you have come across a low-quality product...

I would like to share my thoughts on this with you. I have repeatedly come across a case where people receive paradoxical blood test results after injection of somatropin into the subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area.

One of the last striking examples: a guy complained of low somatropin levels after injecting 5 units of growth hormone into subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area. I asked him to take it directly to the deltoid muscle and reanalyze it 3.5 hours later in another lab. The results showed an excess of the reference values by several times.

Keep this aspect in mind and let the equipment work the best for you.

There’s a bodybuilder YouTube guy who says the same thing. Always inject hgh into delts in one mega shot per day, he says it gives you the highest elevation of igf-1 levels

CRAZY DOSER's picture

I would say that intramuscular administration of HGH allows you to get the effect of increasing the level of somatotropin in the blood faster than with subcutaneous injection into the fat layer. I'm not sure that this can be called a more effective way. Subcutaneous injections make the increase in somatotropin levels smoother and more laster. That is, if you want to get the effect as quickly as possible, then use the intramuscular method, if speed is not important to you, but you want to get a more prolonged effect, then your choice is subcutaneous injection.

An example of such a rule is the recommendation of a subcutaneous injection method for fast-acting insulins. Manufacturers usually warn that changing the injection site may entail the need to adjust the dose. Apparently, this rule can be applied to HGH, which, like insulin, is a peptide hormone.

Whenever I tested IGF and GH SERUM levels I've always too it I.m. matter of fact I personally tested your GH (Humatrope )and I tested high as I should above reference range

CRAZY DOSER's picture

Thanks, bro. What you think about brand products and generic ? What you opinion ? For example, if you compare two products : Humatrope (brand) and Somatoged (generic) ? Is the high price of the brands justified ?

millcat's picture

High prices are not justified for generics. I am long time customer of yours. Ansomone is great. But I have not purchased it since the price increased from 250 per kit to 300 per kit and now 350. But my finances are my issues and no one else. So I have tried your SP tropin , and it was thrown away with in one week. It gave me lumps and welts. ( In 15 + years I have never had welts or lumps. ) So no, the price was not worth it.

Ccacc's picture

Hey brother, I understand that GH is expensive and hits the pocket book. Ansomone I wouldn’t consider your typical generic and I have gotten my best results from CD s Ansomome. If you look his price point is the lowest anywhere, especially domestic. Most sell it for 400-500 if you can find it. I got so many compliments running this growth and went through several kits and will continue to because of the quality, price and customer service. Have a good one !

I dont consider ansomone your typical generic either. That is why I was using it in reference to the SP tropin for comparison. I think I could have worded my review differently as it has been received other than intended. But our views on ansomone and CD are the same. If/ when I can get back on the gh, CD and asomone is first on the list. I ran ansomone almost all of 2019 until my stock dwindled out in spring 2020. Cant wait for a run like that again.

Ccacc's picture

Cool bro, I agree with you and what you wrote makes total sense to me. You worded it fine brother. Good luck.

Although your feedback can be called negative, I thank you for your calm and reasonable manner of communication. I respect such people.

You're right. HGH are still an expensive product. So I asked the question to try to understand how important price-quality ratio is.

Unfortunately, you did not specify which component (in your opinion) caused you to have such a reaction and whether you checked your blood. In fact, there may be several reasons. I tend to think that the scars and bumps are most likely caused by the too harsh solvent that was used.

Now I would suggest such a rating:

  1. Brands from Europe and Asia (Humatrope, Genotropin, Ansomon, etc.)
  2. Liquid forms of generic HGH (a more modern form, less susceptible to degradation when storage and transportation temperatures are exceeded)
  3. Lyophilizates of generics (we all understand well what the conversation is about, there is no point in discussing them in detail)

I'm sorry that you didn't get the expected result. I think it makes sense to continue this conversation. I would sincerely like to help you, despite the fact that a lot of time has passed.
Just contact with me here in PM or send me your message directly to my email [email protected]

Thanks.

My apologies if my review was seen as negative. My side effects from the SP tropin were my experience with the product. I used ansomone for over a year straight, and love it. I just cannot afford it anymore. Your services are excellent.

CRAZY DOSER's picture

Thanks. However, my offer remains valid. I will be glad to talk to you about this unpleasant incident.

Remember please, I appreciate my customers and am always ready to discuss any issues.

Big Tone36's picture

I can't say for sure compared to somatoged (which I believe is to be a great product I've used a bunch of it) because I never got a chance to text somatoged. But in terms of consistency and properly dose with highest purity then Humatrope wins that conversation. I've tested several "genetics" and I found consistency to be all over the place under same conditions. Compared to Humatrope, some tested lower, some almost exactly the same, and some much higher but I believed this was overdosed product and when I tested that same brand again it wasn't the same.

Guys, I occasionally get questions from customers about the reliability of the results when using Roid Test packs to assess the quality of drugs.
How do you think they can be trusted?

My personal opinion: this method is very controversial. I have a number of questions about how fair it is to assess the presence of a particular API using the "by eye" method.
As for tablets, I wouldn't trust such tests at all. There are too many random or unreported reasons that can skew the results or make them completely wrong. These include the pigments used to color the tablets, the components of the membrane shell (which has no color of its own, but possibly influences the result), the various components used to successfully press the tablets, and even the different perception of the shades of a certain color, which is unique for each of us, etc.
More than once in communication with manufacturers I've been told by them that Roid Test is a Russian roulette game. Some of manufacturers have been very negative about this method of testing and urge not to trust these results.

Please share your thoughts on this matter.

Littleginger's picture

Thanks CD. Personally I feel the same as you with that test. I do not feel and from my research as well it seems very inconsistent. As you said there are tons of factors involved also including the person doing the home test. Another thing I’m not crazy about is it is just gonna tell you the active substance and not anything on mg. So you could have a 50mg anavar and it test positive for this but the pill could be 5mg for all you know at that point. I think it’s just better to send off to Jano or another reliable test.

Do you have any test or sources to test products CD? Only source I know that does that type of testing is Jano. Good thing is I’ve never felt any need to test your products

In a promo × 1
CRAZY DOSER's picture

You are absolutely right. This test kit does not allow to obtain a clear information about the active ingredient (API) amount contained in the product tested. This analysis only provides qualitative indicators.
I’ve heard various opinions about the Janoshik laboratory. Based on my own experience, I can say that they do not allow significant errors and I am satisfied with their prices and the results gained. I believe that this is indeed a good option for testing any product if you have such need. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend other laboratories to you that issue certified and document-confirmed results of their tests, which can be retrieved again (if necessary) from the data repository using the entered code (as here https://janoshik.com/public/).
However, conducting laboratory research for every product you use is impractical. It is too time-consuming, expensive, and involves difficulties in sending samples to Janoshik. In this situation, the main methods to select good quality are choosing the right brand and the right supplier. Just try to address these issues seriously. Choose well-known brands with a long history (human grade and UGL), preferably with a product authentication system, try to establish contact with your source, ask them all your questions about the products before placing an order.
I believe when choosing products, the trust rating should be based precisely on these principles and it will look like this:
1st - brand choice
2nd - source choice
3rd - studying already published results of laboratory products testing from the selected brand
4th - studying indirect results based on a correctly conducted your blood test
5th - sending your already purchased products to the laboratory (if it is really necessary and you are ok to pay for it)

I have written my opinion about the Roid Test kit above, and I do not indicate it in my rating.
