Hello Im new and need your advice !

ad

Hello all.
I am a new member, i have been online searching for advice on a certain issue but i have hit a wall with it as no one seems to know ,
I weigh 220lb and am 180cm in height, - i am in decent shape and have body fat around 15%....i have been in the gym near enough for 15 years.

Issue:
I have bad knees;
I have had MRI scans on both my knees and unfortunately i was not blessed with good knee genetics; Both of my Knee joints have withered away and the cartliage is now 'abnormally' thin. (in between both bones on the knee joint)
Doctor has said its a genetic thing but training legs etc has sped up the wearing away of the knee. Knee Replacement on both knees has been advised !! I want to save myself from this So:

I have been on HGH for the past year in the hope to repair or even regrow the cartilage-
I have benefit slightly with the HGH but it is not cheap running this year round

From what i have researched on forums the cartilage cannot regrow?(Doesnt apparently have its own blood supply)

Can the brothers here advise---- I was looking into Tb500 and BPC to try out but is there any point if they cant help the cartilage?

Any ideas/advice would be more than appreciated.

The TB500 is good stuff but not for what you require. I have repaired a Meniscus tear with TB500 with great results but it was a partial tear ( bucket handle) so you can definitely repair it with it but growing isn’t going to happen. How old are you ? I’ve had multiple surgeries on my knees and I to was told I need knee replacement but I’m to young it won’t last and I’m 45

Im 45 also...great to know about that, i concluded the same thing really that repair with tb500 is good but regrowth is not something thats gonna happen. Shame really i was trying to delay this op as much as i could

To my knowledge the only thing that’s really going to grow cartilage is stem cell therapy. If you thought gh was expensive stem cells are way more. Some guys have had some success with prp but I really don’t see very convincing evidence that the prp does much.

I just had a little read on the prp you mentioned and the studies show it is not effective for everyone and doesnt really help the growth its more for people with knee osteoporosis or osteoarthiritis.
and spot on about stem cells---this might be might last shot so il need to save for this
