Im 52 years old just getting started again. Ive been running 350 mg Test Enth For about 12 weeks. Was feeling tired and weak. Had labs drawn and Test Level was at 1276 and estro at 89. Been taking extremesin 25 mg a day for the past 4 days and feel a lot better. Wondering how long to continue the extremesin for and going to cut the test back to 300. i would just like my Test levels around 900 or 1000 and dont want to crash estrogen. Any suggestions moving forward. Thanks in advance.

Get better test and drop the exemestane dose to 12.5mg eod
Your going to crash your estrogen with that much exemestane. I've never needed more than 50mg a week.

Sounds like you could have some bad Testosterone there buddy - you should be AT LEAST at 2000 on 350mg per week.
Man you should be able to hit those markers on 200mg. My most recent tests were 725 on 150mg test c split into 2 doses of 75mg every 3.5 days and I felt great. Sex drive and sustained energy levels were exactly where I wanted them.
