Try the first week at 10mg daily, second week 20mg daily and from the 3st week 30mg, rest at 30mg at the max.
But 20mg work amazingly on vascularity, energy phisic and mental (stano boost my motivation and i'm more focus at training but also during the day at work etc ...)
Some people get some pain on tendons / joints, this is why i suggest this dosage.
Some liver support too, and try to take fish oil for your heart and brain, stano are fu... agressive on the heart.
