Very happy with the pharmacom line. They will definitely be my 1st choice going forward.
I added these products after switching to Pharmacom testosterone and having excellent numbers from bloodwork, which is posted in the labwork section.
I believe testosterone came back around 3900ng/dl on 500 mg/wk
Coming from someone with years of experience and knowing what to expect,
The Trenbolone was visually noticeable within the 1st few weeks. Fuller muscles. More vascularity. As well as other affects such as increases aggression in the gym, temperary increase in libido and shitty sleep.
I'm not a huge fan of dbol as an anabolic in the gym, but I keep it on hand for our summer beach vacations. Give me that immediate visual of fullness and pump. And i dont have to travel with and testosterone for our fewcweek vacations. Does the trick for me.

+ 1Overall experience was amazing, always having a good transaction with OS.
I got a chance to try their Ultima NPP, which was ran at 300mg per week. I had great results, lean muscle gain, loss of body fat, this compound reminds me of Tren.
Also used Ultima Test Enanthate 250 with this order @ 700mg per week. As always this gear is clean, no pip, general sense of well being was great, strength was high at this dose, with all the usual sides like oily skin until I started to run Adex.The reason I always keep using Ultima from OS is because it feels identical to more expensive, Pharma gear.
Also reviewing Arimidex from Ultima, which I took at .5mg 2x per week, and it worked as expected. All the e2 sides were taken care of (sore/itchy nips, oily skin, acne) and it didn’t inhibit my gains.
Always was able to get in touch with customer service, they respond quickly, and provide any details I might request; they are the #1 source on here for a reason.

+ 2Osgear topping the charts month after month and they keep backing up why.
So far I've run their Ultima Test Cyp 250 and Prop 100 and Ultima NPP 150, and I couldn't be happier. Smooth, pipless, well priced, BoGo deals, what more could you ask for.
For my winter blasts, standard 500mg/week of Test C, split into 2 injections/week. Ultima draws quick, goes in smooth and has my levels around 2000 ng/dL for 16 weeks.
For TRT, running 125mg/week, again split into 2 injections/week, sitting at around 1100 ng/dL.
Only recently have I started to run their NPP for some lubrication for my getting older by the day bones, and so far so good. Running a low dose, 100mg/week alongside the TRT dose, and thankfully not mental sides, knock wood. Have noticed a bit of increased definition in my shoulders, and a few less aches and pains, so on the list it stays.
Looking to try their Primo at some point down the road.
Fast response to a few questions I had prior to ordering, easy payment process, lots of options to give them my money.

+ 1OS is truly a number one source to deal with. Have dealt with them numerous times mostly for promo and never had any issue.
I got TB500 in this promo.
The first thing I noticed was that the recovery time between workouts were pretty amazing and I was surprised how little muscle soreness I was getting. It made the joints bear more weights but patience is required and it does not work overnight. I would say a 2 week front load followed by 4-5 weeks of maintenance is a great idea. Injections were sub q.
All my DMs were answered on time during the promo.
One of the safest and perfect packaging. Packs are shipped out even before the promo ends.
OS is the number one vendor here and they undoubtedly deserve it.

+ 1This is a review for 2 different orders I've gotten from Osgear. The first was Ultima Test cyp 250 (x2), and the second was Ultima TB500/BPC blend.
Ultima Test Cyp 250: Worked as advertised. I was taking 175mg per week split into EOD injections. My total test came back at 1500. Very happy with the results. I know some users have reported the Test Cyp being underdosed, but that was definitely not my experience.
TB500/BPC 157 blend: It was my first time using these compounds. I thought I had a calf strain at the time (turned out it was a stress fracture to the tibia) and was taking them in an attempt to heal my calf. I definitely noticed pain relief and reduced inflammation, but it didn't heal my broken bone as I kept running on it. Product seems to be legit though based on pain relief/reduced inflammation.
EXCELLENT customer service. My TB/BPC blend had an error where they only sent TB500. OSGEAR resent the package for free (including free shipping) and remedied the error. Very impressed.
Discreet and fast shipping. Took about a week each order for the products to arrive.
I have no hesitation recommending OSGEAR.

+ 1This is my review for the ultima tri test blend and winny for my cut cycle from osgear.
Tri test 400
Winstrol 50
Dbol 50 (was a gift but saved for another cycle)
Cycle length was a total of 12 weeks just a low dose test cycle 1ml a week injected twice at 0.5ml
Blend is test e 100mg
Test c 100mg
Test deconate 200mh
People think you need to run high amounts of gear but defo not true, depends on how solid your diet, training and rest is.
Around 2 weeks is when I first notice my libido going up slowly as a the long esters kick in. 4-5 weeks when my libido skyrocketed was walking up with morning wood getting random boners throughout the day like a horny teen lol.
Only side effect was super oily skin and minor acne. Muscles were full and had great sense of well being, could easily squeeze out more reps till failure. My strength didn’t drop at all I was trying to hit PRs as I was on a cut. I managed to gain 2kg on the scales and visibly drop a lot of body fat which was the goal so happy with that.
Winstrol I ran at 50mg a day split into 25mg in morning and afternoon for 8 weeks. Winny really dried me out, was very vascular had veins popping out everywhere even in my chest and shoulders which I normally don’t be too much. Pumps were incredible and painful but was defo worth it as I hardened up quite a bit. Only negative was super sore joints but I was using taurine and getting lots of potassium in and that helped a bit along with fish oil too.
Everything was great as always when I deal with os and their products never disappoint I tell you that!
communication was easy as always with these guys. Website is easy to navigate. Received a nice freebie of dbol too
everything was wrapped right and discreet. Shopping was very fast to uk under 2 weeks international, can’t complain at all

Pharmacom Test C 250
Wanted to try Pharmacom's standard test line as they say they use grape seed oil and synthetic oils don't agree with me too much these days. It is very thick but smooth and perfectly clear, no PIP whatsoever even with large volume injections, also tried subq injections and there's no swelling or redness the next day. Potency wise it seems to be accurately dosed, does what testosterone is supposed to do, bit of acne and estro sides easily managed with an AI. Very happy with this and will stock up.
Great communication from OSGEAR always respond quickly to messages, no issues
Arrived in a couple of weeks from international shipping, bubble wrapped and triple enveloped no way those could get damaged in transport even if they were punting the packages into the truck.
Great products from Pharmacom and great service from OSGEAR, highly recommended

I had originally planned to use these to get a way darker tan than my wife without her knowing but she intercepted the package. After she researched it there was no way I was gonna get to use these without her lmao.
She started off at 250mcg daily for the first week and upped it to 375mcg daily for the week two. Within a couple of days you could already see it working. At about day 5 she got a little nervous because the skin tone on her face was a little blotchy but within a couple days you couldn't see it and I'm not sure the average person would even notice it because we were paying very close attention. After week two we dropped her back to 250mcg twice a week and she's still getting darker so we might drop it to 125mcg twice a week. We're out on the boat every weekend and all the women we boat with are so jealous of her amazing tan.
Now for me, I started a month later because someone had to be the guinea pig and it wasn't gonna be me, right? I did daily injections at 250mcg for two weeks and now do 250mcg twice weekly. Thinking about dropping it to 125mcg twice weekly to maintain what I have.
The only side effect that I have witnessed and I wouldn't necessarily call it a side effect it's more like an added benefit. That is increased libido/sex drive and increased might be an understatement. I feel like I'm 16 again. I literally have been beating the guts out of the wife sometimes several times a day with zero complaints. GAME CHANGER!!!
Ultima Test Prop included that I wasn't expecting. Can not comment on because I haven't touched it but really appreciate it.
Excellent customer service with this being a promo also tossed in a free vial of Test P. Very little communication as it wasn't needed.
From the time I asked to join the promo to product in hand was about 4 days domestic. Packaged nice and tight.
Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

My first time using higher concentration Test. I had mild pip after the first injection, but then I started heating the oil before every injection, and the oil was very smooth with zero pip. I've had some bad sellers in my day but these guys are the best they offered to reimbursement for me to send over my recent vials to janoshik just to put my heart at ease and the results were nothing but perfect

Is there a representative for this company here? My initial test / first order went very smoothly, products were delivered in a timely manner. My second order however which cost 5x more than the first is not going so well. The tracking number provided hasn't been updated since the 8th and the representatives through the ticket process are saying that the onus is on me. My delivery address is the same but the only package scans are on the opposite side of the country and the reps are saying it's my problem.

+ 1Overall experience was excellent as always. I have placed multiple orders over the past decade with OS and have never not been satisfied. Really nothing bad to say communication is excellent, shipping fast and discrete. Customer service is top-notch.
Order was a promo this time. Five bottles of Ultima test E250. Been using for TRT for the past couple of months and I feel like the dosages are on the spot. 200 mg a week broken into two, 100 mg shots. no sides, no pip. Shots are clean and am getting desired results test in the upper 900 range.
I haven’t had to communicate with the seller very often, but one thing I like about OS is that they update their order status quickly, and provide a tracking number promptly. There inventory i and selection is excellent so many items to choose from from different manufacturers. I normally stick with Ultima, And Dragon Pharma.
Turn around is 3 to 5 days typically. Takes about a week to get to Central US. Packaging is tight and discreet.
I love OS gear. There’s a reason why they’re number one. Customer service, great turnaround excellent shipping and when they run a promo, they’re really good. I don’t really shop anywhere else because of their consistency. I highly recommend them.
I was fortunate enough to be selected for his most recent promotion. The experience had been phenomenal along with the products I was/am using. The gear looked like you were getting it directly from a pharmacy. The products were Ultima US domestic.
I ordered the Test E/EQ cut 400 mg per m/l, Test E and Anadrol. OS even threw in 50 25 mg dbol as a freebie. I was currently running a test e and eq cycle so the transition was simple and didn’t have to wait around very to know the products were working. Instead of the drol I started using the dbol along with the cut mix. With the added dbol (25 mg) for the first week, I bumped to 50 mg a day an hour before my workouts. Needless to say my libido stayed the same, strength increased due to the dbol and I have gained a good 4.5 lbs of muscle. Products were definitely legitimate and worked great. I just took my last 1.5 mg shot of the cut mix and will be transitioning back to my other gear I was using previously. Also awaiting blood results which should be here any day now.
Amazing, we had two communications exchanges. Payment and shipping, other than that there was no need to ask about the process as it was clearly stated on how to do so. And I received a free gift as previously stated above.

My overall experience has been great up until now! I am a return customer but I can’t say that that will remain the same moving forward. My most recent order was placed on 5-3-24 and I have yet to receive my products.
I have been in contact with customer service several times due to the fact that my package has yet to move from the country of origin. I totally understand that shipping can take from 2-4 weeks, but I am passing week 6 and the package is not moving. I have been given the same generic response each time that I inquire about this issue. I have been told that the package is stuck or seized, but nothing is being done about getting me my order. I’ve been told that my order will be reshipped, but that is not the case. I have saw reviews in the past with other customers dealing with this same issue and never receiving their order all together. I guess it’s my turn to take the loss. Buyer beware! Customer service is garbage and cannot be trusted. I DO NOT recommend shopping here!

First time running Tren A *****
Received 4 x Ultima Tren A plus a free box of winstrol. (THANK YOU)
First time running tren, I was doing a 16 week cycle and introduced tren at week 8 @ 25mg a day to start. ( I inject 6 days a week)
The first week never really noticed any change, upped the dose to 30mg around the 10th day noticed my strength going up, no night sweats at all. Upped it again to 40mg for the third week and kept it at that till week 5.
From the third week my strength was going through the roof I had to hold myself back from going to heavy as I was getting small bruising , I could of went 10kg heavier per dumbbell on shoulder press. In over 30 years never had strength gains like this.
Week 4 the insomnia crept in. after 10 days of not sleeping I called it day at the end of week 5.
The strength and the change to my physique where brillant. I can see why people rave about this product!!!
No real need to contact them, entered the promo gave details package arrived.
What more can I say.
As a promo I was prepared to wait but was surprised on the quick delivery around 8-10 days, from entering the promo.
Packaging was good well wrapped, just an everyday normal parcel.
On hindsight I should of stayed at 30mg a day as the gains were there.
I look forward to running this again next year.

Anomass 400 . Susta nakon. From the first weeks, I felt a significant increase in my strength and energy. Testosterone helped boost my motivation and performance in training. No notable side effects at this stage.
Week 3-4:
Pumped started to become more felt. Boldenone increased my appetite, allowing me to consume more calories to support muscle growth. I began to notice better recovery between training sessions.
Week 5-6:
This is when the effects of trenbolone became evident. My strength skyrocketed, hard pump . However, I also started experiencing side effects like night sweats and slight insomnia and irritabilité...
Week 7-8:
Muscle and strength gains continued to accumulate. My physique was more massive and lean. However, I faced an increase in acne and slight water retention due to testosterone. Managing aggressiveness was also a challenge because of trenbolone.
Week 9-10:

3 x 1-test (dyhydroboldenone) on my second vial been running 300 mg a week I'm on my 3rd week, ultima products are spectacular this is the only 1-test that gives zero PIP, gets me vascular after one week of use , usually do 100mg, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, rotating glutes and belts, strength is noticeable up and appetite Is crazy I love this compound cause it helps me put in 5 to 6 meals without feeling the necessity to force feed my self, I just eat cause it makes me crazy hungry, another good thing is it seems to don't have you old water between the skin and the muscle, gives you nice grainy and dry look, defenetly my new favorite, and ultima figured out a formula to leave the pip out the equation, overall my new favorite compuund.

Pharmacom test e 250 and test prop 100
I did a quick blast of test e 250 for 10 weeks while dieting down before the weather switched up for the summer. I used 1amp 2x a week. Oil is like water pushing through a 25g was sweet!
I stayed nice and full while dropping my carbs super low
. I wish i could have stayed on a lot longer at 500mg a week but i dont like risking it so im in and out like a bank robbery. I just switched over to the test p 100 where im only using 100mg a week and it seems to be the same oil as the test E. Not much going on at this level but no complaints either
I never really had to reach out to this source with any issues. I paid and they sent as promised.
