Good shit bro! You definitely are going in the right direction and looking a hell of a lot better than that 2023 pic. Just keep making improvements and gains. You have a weight goal you wanna hit or just keep going and gaining?
Thank you. I really appreciate it. I'd like to hit 200 lbs. But that's a long road.
That's alright though. If it takes a little bit then you'll feel that much better when you get there. Also I believe that if you take your time it will be more quality muscle. Should be a fun journey too. Enjoy it!
Damn dude, awesome work. What was your workout schedule looking like every week for the results?
Just 3-4 days a week . I try and keep my work outs around 60 mins. I loosely follow Mentzer's High Intensity Training. I don't really count reps, I just make the weights heavy but we're I am able to keep strict form. 3 sets till failure. Get in, destroy the muscle, and go eat. Since my metabolism is still really fast, I try not to dig a caloric deficit to deep. And thank you .
congrats man, be proud of yourself.. I had a very similar transformation when i started, but it took me a year or so longer. Its very liberating. don't ever stop.
Ide call that success. Dont neglect legs brother. Even if you aren't squatting massive numbers hit legs with consistent intensity. Great work
Curious how much you were eating to be 137#? Is that like 1k cals daily?
I had a horrible eating habits. Some days I'd have a few meals, and some days I'd only have one huge meal at night. So I'll say between 0-1700 cals. Now I try and hit 3500 cals. And at least 170-180 grams of protein. My appetite never got bigger, so i kinda just force myself to eat.
Hooollyy shhhittt. Bro you literally looked like you might be dying in the first pic. This is wild! Keep pushing. Gotta be two something to really do something
Where that goofball that lost a few pounds in a year and thinks it was the greatest transformation of all time? Show him this one, a real transformation !
Be specific LOL which goofball Ross?? D1 athlete from 15 years ago? Where he goes kinda fat to a little less fat? Claims 15% but can't see his abs?
Nice job , keep up the good work my guy.
lol that’s the guy
I wish I got on some Test years before I finally did - makes a Big difference to bodyweight if you are naturally light and skinny. My pals who did gear were always telling me to just get on some but I never believed it would work as well as it does! Its a great first 6 months, every time you get on the scales you just get heavier LOL
4 pounds per month doesn't seem like much, but it adds up! Good job!
