He replies if you send a message on the website through “contact us” but his normal email is down, has been severely backlogged on orders for months and hasnt put out any messages on here in a long time. Hes still shipping out as far as i’m aware but not a good look that hes not keeping everyone in the loop by putting out announcements on how he plans to fix these issues.

Been almost 3 weeks after my confirmed order and radio silence. Odd that he hasnt made any updates on here or got his email back in order or created a new one yet. Definitely needs to think about getting more people involved to get things back on track if his volume is this much.
