New acct user --. im borderline diabetic can I start somatotropin & sus 250?

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I’m in my 50s 40lbs overweight due to debilitating inuries ( necrotizing faciitis) acute care long term hospitalization & now I’m on the road back
My doc recently said I’m borderline diabetic pushed metformin but I didn’t start taking it … I opted for carnivore diet to drop my A1C and lose BFat etc
I dropped 20lbs… I have a couple boxes of goldtrope gh
I’m conflicted on mixed data on GH? Am I being reckless starting GH with Borderline diabetes? I’m getting new blood labs and A1C next week?
I been eating clean and doing cardio the usual push pull movements in gym
*** I started 1 iu m w f of somatropin and plan to fire in enanthate 200mgs wk
Is tricana t3 necessary?

I know this is a can of worms here but I’m confused on the GH & sugar
I’m 55 been outside the loop since 2006 and my last cycle was jintropin sus 250 stromba tabs and loved it --

Thanks for navigating this one ----

GH can affect your levels and make your A1c going higher if your diet is not on point. Just look up diabetics on GH or pre diabetic and HGH
Long use of GH has shown this. SKIP the T3 that is going to mess you up if not medically needed. Also can make you lose more muscle then you would normally want if losing weight.

I always try to be nice, and I have good intentions here, so know that before reading this lol.
In my opinion, gear is for people who are dialed in with their health and fitness. Steroids can exacerbate existing issues or even create new health issues. If you are borderline diabetic, you are probably not living the healthiest lifestyle. Injuries and lack of training can make a problem worse but there must be something else going on there. If I were borderline diabetic, I would make my primary focus improving my insulin sensitivity and my overall health. You can turn into a fuckin beast without any gear, and then if you add gear you will be satisfied, instead of regretful, about your choice to use gear.

You could even use berberine which is comparable to metformin, but why not use metformin?

Goodstud's picture

Metformin has been shown to inhibit muscle growth. I used it on a cycle before and it was not a successful one. Did my research and went off and gained muscle alot easier without it. I take Dihydorberberine now which is the superior form for absorption and has been proven to work better.

Be VERY careful taking Dianabol if you are Borderline diabetic as its a real bugger for raising HbA1c levels mate, I have had my bloods taken on and off it many times and it always raises quite a bit on DBol.

Can you explain is it just you or is there actually science behind these? Curious and being serious always Interested in new studies or hearing others stories. Thanks

All AAS are proven to increase Blood sugar levels in studies in general, but it seems some do it more than others. Dianabol heavily plays with blood sugar levels, you would think given that it shuttles glucose into muscle cells that it would decrease BS levels, but it seems to increase them.

Yes you will be fine with taking 3iu of GH every night before bed to have the perfect amount of effectiveness. (skip the weekends if you really want to) You don't need more than that and if you took more than that, you may have to worry about correcting your blood sugar levels. Shouldn't be a problem with that low amount though. Walking on your lunch break or just getting 10k steps per day in general is a good way help keep you away from Metformin, yuck! Just ask Stan Efferding! You don't need any T3 either! That's too aggressive and will only complicate things. You could dabble in some Semaglutide though to help lower your weight (generic/active ingredient in Ozempic) but make sure you take it when you first wake up in the morning, this way it won't interact with the GH you took before bed. Let us know your results in a couple weeks! Yes, you'll notice results that fast with all the other good things you're doing.

I’m not sure why you wouldn’t take the metformin under recommendation of a physician if you’re borderline diabetic, it’s only going to help your situation. Testosterone treatment may make sense, but that’s only if you’re deficient. Cytomel, to be frank here, is retarted if not used under a doctors care. I’m also curious of the necrotizing *fasciitis, unless it was from streptococcus infection, which is possible, but still rare, it’s even remarkably more rare to be extensively hospitalized unless your immune system is compromised. I may be being a dick here, and you may be genuine. If that’s case I do apologize, but what you’re doing, your symptoms and treatment, all sound like a whole bucket of bullshit. Please don’t waste our time bro.

Yes it was Streptococcus based according to infectious disease team and podiatry surgeon
The CDC avg hospital stay is 2.1 wks idk if that includes ICU or just in general recovery
According to same CDC it’s 100%’fatal without surgery to remove infected tissue and amputation is very common

So yeah I beat the odds and didn’t get a visit from
the prosthetic salesman

How does one prevent something like this from happening when they don’t even know how they got it? Who knows.. that’s why I’m here not to be judged but to gain some knowledge..heal up etc mainstream medicine treats the symptoms not 1 time did anyone mention my immune system
I had strep that didn’t respond to amoxicillin and a 2nd strep test was positive just before hospitalization foot surgery etc
I asked infectious disease team did having strep sore throat cause strep in my foot? They all said no but’2mos later an old school nurse said it’s rare but it could be connected so who TF knows

All speculation spider bite? Skin cut? They don’t know..

I’m just in a place where I have never been? Back in
My day we just did dball blue beans deca test proviron etc
I don’t have any cool doctors I can level with and be open about the sauce GH etc borderline diabetes
If I took metformin can I take GH or no?
This is what brought me here man…’gain some knowledge and get back stronger in gym etc

So here I am …

I have goldtrope and jintropin at home
I’m gonna get some anavar
Test or TRT fr doctors whichever comes first

Yes you can take metformin and hgh together a lot of bodybuilders do. One of the downsides to metformin is it’s unpredictability. It lowers your blood sugar but you don’t know how much it’s going to lower it for you. Insulin is very mathematical and specific 1iu= x grams of carbs per hour blah blah blah. But metformin is just a shot in the dark. It’s still a useful medicine but you need to monitor your blood sugar which I assume you already do. And same with starting on hgh, if your going to start on it you, more than anyone, need to always be monitoring your blood sugar. And if it starts getting too high consistently then I’d stop the hgh. For me, high doses of gh actually seem to lower my blood sugar but that’s not normal I don’t think lol. But before I started gh bu average blood sugar upon waking in the morning was like 93 and a week after starting hgh it was about 105 so it was an actual measurable difference that it increased, so just be on the lookout for that.

I do 7.5iu a couple hours before bed and I always have some snacks like a muffin, donut, cookies & milk or clusterdextrin before passing out. Works for me.

Rosschestzip's picture

So yours also goes down instead of up? When I first started it had gone up, idk if it did right after the injection but my morning fasted average went up like 10 points but now that I’m on bigger dose it seems to drop my blood sugar. And holy fuck you do all that in one shot?

AK80's picture

Yeah it helps me sleep! Of course, I'll have numb hands in the morning though. I think Chase Irons was doing 18iu per day at one point!

Rosschestzip's picture

I’m doing about 8 but In three shots. With other sources stuff I can’t do any at night cus I wake up with huge swollen hands but not with this stuff I’m using now. Maybe I’ll try doing one huge dose and see what happens. I also never get sleepy on it but maybe then I would

Did you try 7.5 and check your blood sugar afterwards yet?

Rosschestzip's picture

No, should I check blood sugar right after? Or do it before bed and check in the am? I haven’t done any in a few hours, I could do it right now lol

Don’t turn yourself into a pincushion, but you need to figure out your baselines. Morning is important because it’s after a fast, but you’re going to want to get some tests 30min or so after you eat. You’ll get a much better idea of what’s going in your body and how it’s processing the sugars.

I know what my resting usually is, I’m just trying to figure out the effect hgh is having on my blood sugar. A lot of guys start having higher blood sugars on gh but for me at higher doses it seems to be dropping my blood sugar. There was an article some one had posted above about nighttime use helping blood sugar and also causing higher hgh serum levels

It’s going to be dictated by your preexisting bodily function. I still have a lot to learn about GH, I have a degree in the health field, but I’m far from a physician. Makwa is a library of knowledge with the GH, I hope he’s well. I always encourage others to get a little education. No degree, but doing what we do spending some money on anatomy and physiology classes at your local community college will not hurt. You’d be surprised what you can learn for a couple thousand bucks.

You know college will put courses online for free. You won’t get credits for it but a lot of the knowledge is out there. There’s some computer nerd who takes like Harvard programming classes for fun online lol

Exactly this my friend, knowledge is a tool. Good tools cost money, is what it is.

Rosschestzip's picture

I wish you could get credits for knowledge you learn on your own. Like every bit of human knowledge is on the internet. You could study it all on your own time and then take a test to earn the credits. That would be sick. All the random shit I learn I’d probably at least have a bachelors by now lol.

Drexyl's picture

It’s remarkable you should say that. There’s colleges that have programs set up like that, government jobs as well. You may have to test out, but some will give you legit credit for life experience in the field you’re studying. Do it bro, seems like you’re thinking about it. Take an anatomy and phys class, maybe something more advanced like intro to cardiac care.

My mom says it all the time. She’s a nurse and then from my health issues, staying in a hospital for 4 months and then studying health stuff from training and steriods and running my bloodwork and dealing with her cancer, she always jokes that I’m starting to know more than the doctors lol

There is something called the dawn phenomenon that is a natural rise in blood sugar that occurs in the morning. A non diabetic with a normal insulin response may or may not have an elevated blood sugar level when testing.

Drexyl's picture

Circadium rhythm, affect the blood pressure as well. It’s always best to wait until you’re “awake” before you get your baselines, but baselines have to be established. We all have different levels.

Thumbs up. If you have the tools, use them. Don’t even have to wait for the results.

Man, sometimes it’s a whole bucket. A fuckin busket. I dunno, everyone has has something to offer, in different ways. This is one of the weirdest posts I’ve seen. It’s not so much what he said, which was plenty, it’s more of what he didn’t say. It’s a troll, but even on a troll post, knowledge members chime in and give great advice. Je dis á @JakeKO, Merci, très bon counsil. (I may have used wrong words and the apostrophe may be pointed wrong, but my efforts remain pure lol)
