+ 1 First Cycle

Hi Guys,

I have been training for 10 years solid. I’ve come to a point where I’ve hit a brick wall, and want to try something. I hit the gym 5 days a week. I currently weight 82kg, I am 6ft in height. I am very lean, but want to add a bit of size, but not too much.

Here is what I’m thinkin…

Running Test E with Anavar for 10 weeks. 0.5ml test E twice a week. Anavar 30mg a day, (I will start this on week 3).

Any advice will be great. Thank you

You need to do blood work before starting a cycle. That goes for your first cycle or your 100th. You also need to do mid cycle and post cycle blood work to see how things are going the entire time and to find out if there are any adjustments that need to be made. Just know that there's a bunch more to running a cycle than just using the actual Peds.

82kg is very very light for your height especially after 10 years training!
I'd actually say this is a very good cycle if you are wanting to dip your toes in to this game to see how you respond.
I would say your probably best to get your food in order first though as this would be your main reason you are weighing so light see how your progress then add this cycle in a little further down the line but this is just my opinion Smile
What are your current macros and how does your current training split look brother?

Do bloods first. See what state of health you are in and check your natty test levels. Your first cycle should not include any other compounds other than testosterone. What do you plan to do at the end of your cycle? PCT?
